I am Victoria Rennoldson, Culture and Communication coach, and the founder of Culture Cuppa.
In my previous career working in international teams in large, global corporates, I sometimes experienced teams that felt frustrated with each other and miscommunications caused by cultural gaps.
This could delay projects, cause friction internally and relationship issues with customers and suppliers.
This is why I am passionate about supporting people all over the world to develop their CQ (Cultural Intelligence) capabilities so they can work successfully in global teams, and with clients and suppliers across borders.
