Can you introduce yourself and share why you decided to start your business?
Communication and culture were always my path. Working in diverse global teams in my first career marketing, I saw talented professionals who couldn’t contribute their full valuable expertise to the team, because they didn’t feel able to speak up and share their voice.
The result was that they didn’t fully shine, became less visible, the business didn’t get the benefit of their insights, and they hit a career ceiling. This is a huge waste of ideas and talent.
This is why I am passionate about an equal share of voice in multicultural teams, freeing ambitious professionals to fulfil their potential as global leaders.
Do you need support with your communication confidence?
Who do you serve, and what impact do you hope to make for your clients?
I support talented international professionals, who work in diverse industries, at different stages in their career or business. What unites them is their passion, determination to grow, and commitment to their global career.
My mission is to help these ambitious, talented future global leaders to accelerate their promotion and career dreams with leadership communication, speaking clarity & confidence, and cultural intelligence through my coaching, speaking and podcast.
I want them to share their voice and speak up to expand their confidence, increase their impact and influence, and build their personal brand to step up on their journey.
What's the most important lesson you've learned as an entrepreneur?
Invest in yourself with mentors, coaches and training so you are continually growing. This helps me be my best and bring my best.
Invest time in connections, conversations and collaborations, so you stay inspired, support others and feel supported as you grow.
Looking for something else? Questions?
What has been your biggest accomplishment so far? What are you most proud of?
I am proud of my clients’ accomplishments, when we celebrate their promotion and their career dreams become reality. I care deeply about helping them to accelerate their progression, to be more visible in the world.
I am also incredibly proud of my podcast, having created almost 100 episodes, I am delighted it sits in the top 5% global rank of all podcasts and has been included in the top 10 career podcasts in the UK, as well as other countries.
How would you describe the core essence of your brand (values, ethos, etc.)?
My brand is about:
- Joy – as I help my clients, lead workshops, give talks and create my podcasts.
- Connection – through being me, showing up in my full personality. Sharing what’s important to me, listening and creating relationships.
- Boldness is an ever-evolving journey as I stretch myself, which has led me to work on global stages, at top companies and business schools, and launch my podcast.
- Growth, as I invest time and energy in my and others’ growth because I am curious, it sparks new ideas and approaches, and energises me.
When it comes to sales, what has been your biggest takeaway or win from working with Enfys?
My greatest takeaway is that sales is not only skills and strategies, but also about your self-belief and confidence. I feel grateful to have Enfys beside me on my journey, to learn from and get her valuable insights. I am very excited this has led to a significant increase in my clients and opportunities!
Could you improve your visibility and opportunities by developing your speaking skills?
Thinking about your legacy, what mark would you like to leave on the world?
There is so much I would love to do still to grow. This is where the word ‘yet’ helps me!
I haven’t been on the TED stage…. yet.
I haven’t written my book… yet.
I haven’t worked with 100,000 people in 100 countries… yet.
